Dear Community Member, 

After a hiatus of one year due to the transition following the loss of our esteemed Broker, Margie Peck, at RE/MAX of Abilene, we are pleased to announce the emergence of RE/MAX Big Country under the capable leadership of Brandi Smith-Perkins. We express our gratitude to all who continued to support us in memory of Margie Peck in 2023. As we resume our activities, we are committed to upholding our legacy of advocating for the Children’s Miracle Network at Hendrick Children’s Hospital, in alignment with Margie's wishes. 

This year, we embark on a new approach, with plans for progressive growth in the years ahead. In 2022, our poker tournament set a remarkable record, resulting in a substantial $37,000 donation directly to our local Children’s Miracle Network at Hendrick Children's Hospital. Every cent of these contributions directly benefits our community through the Children's Miracle Network at Hendrick Children’s Hospital, serving 24 counties and over 40,000 pediatric patients each year. 

Annually, a panel of nine local physicians, comprising pediatricians, OB/GYNs, and neonatologists, convene to assess how your generosity can have the most significant impact on the children in our region. They allocate funds towards charitable care, ongoing programs, the procurement of cutting-edge equipment, and more. At RE/MAX Big Country, we take great pride in our partnership with CMN, and we invite you to join us in a renewed collaboration for this year and beyond. 

We are thrilled to introduce the inaugural Big Country Festival of Trees—a celebration not possible without the generous support of our sponsors. Businesses, organizations, and individuals that contribute play an indispensable role in the success of this event, enabling us to host a top-tier, family-friendly affair while furthering our support for the Children’s Miracle Network at Hendrick Children’s Hospital.
